Client Portal: your client reviews and approves articles through one link

Client portal screen showing articles waiting for approval

What changed

Anyone producing content for another company knows the back and forth: export the article, send it by email or document, collect feedback somewhere else and return to the editor to apply it. The client portal turns all of that into one link.

You enable the portal in the blog settings and get an address to send to your client. There they see the articles waiting for review, comment on whatever should change and approve when they are happy. None of it requires creating an account or remembering another password.

How to turn it on

  • Open the blog settings and switch on Enable client portal.
  • Copy the generated link and send it to whoever reviews the content.
  • If the material is sensitive, tick Protect with a password. We ask for it once per device, on the first visit.
  • Need to cut access? Generate a new link kills the previous one immediately.

Who it is for

The portal was built with agencies and freelancers who run other people's blogs in mind, but it fits any team where the writer is not the approver. Legal, product and the partner who wants the final word all come in through the same link.

The feature is available on Pro plans. If you are on the free plan and want to try it, you can start with the free trial and enable the portal on your blog.
